Do you accept returns?

We accept returns in accordance with the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store.

- The article must not have been used in any way.

- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.

- The return is made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange.

Returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Can I exchange an article?

We accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

To request an exchange, please email our team at contact@bacci-paris.com precising the jewellery you would like to receive in exchange for the jewellery you wish to return.

 

Where can I return my package?

You can return your package to:

Please indicate in the package your order number and if you want to exchange your jewel or be refunded.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receipt of the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, we will refund, exchange or generate a credit note.
