Who are we ?
Bacci Paris is the story of 2 sisters, Laure & Diane, and a friend, Marie, who decided to combine their talent to create elegant, sunny, durable jewelry that is easy to wear every day.
The jewelry is designed by Marie, a trained jeweler, and Laure, a fashion designer.
They are then made in brass and then gilded in a workshop located in Paris near our studio. The workshop has existed for 100 years and perpetuates an artisanal tradition while respecting the strictest environmental standards.

How can I create an account ?
To create your Bacci Paris account, you need to :
- on a computer, click on the top right of the website home page on the "account" tab.
- on a phone, at the bottom of the menu on the "account" tab.
You can change your personal information at any time by going to the "account" section:
- Personal information: last name, first name, telephone number, birthday,
- e-mail address
- Mailing address
- Password

How can I delete my Bacci Paris account ?
To delete your Bacci Paris account, you can send us an email at contact@bacci-paris.com.
Our team will contact you to confirm the deletion of your account.

How do I recover my password ?
To change your password, simply log in to your Bacci Paris account and click on the "change your password" tab

What is the status of my order ?
Once you have placed your order, we send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date and the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Also, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section of your account page on our eshop.

Can I modify my order ?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.
Once your order has the status "preparing to ship", "shipping" or "delivery", we cannot accept any changes to your order.

We currently ship worldwide.

What are the delivery costs ?
Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum purchase.

How long does it take to ship my order ?
Once you place your order, it usually takes 24-48 hours to process for delivery.
Standard shipping times for countries covered by our delivery partners are shown below.
- in France: 2-3 days
- in Europe: 1 week
- Rest of the world : 7-13 days

How can I track my package ?
Once you place your order, we send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date and the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
The following 43 destinations are followed up to the delivery country (list likely to change): Albania, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Thailand, Togo, Turkey (list likely to evolve throughout the year).
For the other destinations, the follow-up is ensured until the exit of the French territory. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section of your account page on the website.

What happens if I'm not at home ?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you have chosen. You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Do you accept returns ?
We accept returns subject to the following conditions: - The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item must not have been used in any way.
- The request for return or exchange is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange.

Can I exchange an item ?
We accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, please specify in the email to contact@bacci-paris.com the article you wish to receive in exchange.

How long does it take to process a return ?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receipt of the package at our warehouse.
Once your return has been accepted, the refund, exchange or credit note will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

What payment methods do you accept ?
You can shop on our site using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can choose these payment methods when paying for your order.

What currency will I be billed in ?
You will be billed in the same currency as your payment.

Is there a warranty ?
We warrant that all of our products manufactured by us and sold through our online store are free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. We will gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must not have been used in any way.
- The request for return or exchange is made within 28 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange. If you have a return or exchange request resulting from a defective item, please contact our team at contact@bacci-paris.com indicating your order number, for more information on the procedure to follow.

How do I take care of my jewelry ?
Bacci jewelry has been crafted with the utmost care to gracefully stand the test of time.
Here are some tips to preserve the shine of your jewelry over the years:
- avoid contact with chemicals or cosmetics: we recommend that you apply your perfume or cosmetics before putting on your jewellery.
-avoid exposing your jewelry to humidity: we advise you to remove your jewelry in the swimming pool or sauna, for example.
- store your jewel in the Bacci pouch that was offered to you in order to keep it preciously when you are not wearing it and thus avoid scratches and dirt.
